    Delegate Miley moves to amend the amendment on page 26, section 6, line 18 by following the word “horizontally” by inserting the words “from a vertical portion of a gas well”;

    And,

    On page 26, section 6, lines 20-21 by inserting a period following the word “wetland” and striking the words “or the boundary that affects the functions and values of a wetland.”
